Looks like a rental for me, I heard a little about this when it was released but never was in a theater here close to me.

Oh dear, you do not know what you are talking about do you ? this aint hollywood pic and secondly hollywood has made more money than ever this summer !

nice horroromedy ;-)
kind of a midlly gory parody of the flipper/rintintin kind of movies.
but they could have gone further on both comedy & horror sides !
strange thing is : they establish a universe very well here... Like it's a big budget pilot for a series (that would be great)!
Still a nice little movie !

blind buy for me.
I still want to see this...
that movie was so disappointing for me. it was sort of a cool idea but the result was just lacking (not very funny, not original).
and could we have more quotes on that cover ?

A Rush Hour 3, Uwe Boll is still directing and a remake of Enter The Dragon...Wouldn't be surprised.

Sure is, first Canadian film in a long time to create a big buzz about it here. That alone makes me want to see it to find out what all the fuss is about. Plus I like Carrie-Anne Moss.

This never came out here but I loved the trailer.I gotta see it.Not a fan of the dvd art though.
Cute artwork!!! I'm absolutely getting this.
Oct. 3rd is a Wednesday...R1 releases on Tuesdays. Other sites have this releasing on October 23rd.
I can't wait to pick this up.
This never came to my theater sadly. Can't wait to see it.
This was the poster though.
All the fliers I saw before this came out are almost exactly like the cover art (minus the little Monopoly houses, natch)

You sir, are an idiot. First, this isn't Hollywood. This is an independant Canadian film. Secondly, this is more family oriented then it is horror. If you could see past your prejudice, you would have realized this. And as far as I'm concerned, the summer blockbusters and family movies are still being made, and are just as awful as ever. Sure wish they'd come out with more masterpeices like Are We Done Yet?, rather than... you know, these awful Hollywood horror flicks. Ginger Snaps, Brotherhood of the Wolf, now Fido... god, when will they stop?
On a side note, I agree - the poster would have made a far better cover. I was afraid that they would not use it due to the abundence of quotes, but if they are going to plaster them on like that anyway, hell, why not just use the poster.

Not digging the artwork. Should've gone with the theatrical poster.
