Quote: Death is just as omnipresent as ever, and in Final Destination 5 it strikes again. During the bus ride to a corporate retreat, Sam (Nicholas D’Agosto) has a premonition in which he and most of his friends — as well as numerous others — die in a horrific bridge collapse. When his vision ends, events begin to mirror what he had seen, and he frantically ushers as many of his colleagues — including his friend, Peter (Miles Fisher), and girlfriend, Molly (Emma Bell) — away from the disaster before Death can claim them. But these unsuspecting souls were never supposed to survive, and in a terrifying race against time, the ill-fated group tries to discover a way to escape Death’s sinister agenda.

I'm a huge FD fan and I think this is the 2nd best one after FD3.
I really enjoyed it.
I love the bluray art.

I've seen all the Final Destinations except for this one and the third one. I liked the first and the second and HATED the fourth one. I'll rent this one.
Loved this one, I'd say it's 2nd to 2 as my favorite.
I hate 3d too but trust me it worked here, guess it doesn't matter now since it doesn't seem 3d bluray is coming
I so intended to see this, but the only good theatre near me was ONLY showing it in 3D. Obviously, I am not a 3D kind of person. I hate that I have to wait another two months to see this. Been hearing very good things about this entry.

The twist at the end was brilliantly done. And surprisingly, both DVD and Blu-ray covers are well-done. I'm shocked, usually Warner Bros. uses terrible Photoshopping to ruin some fine covers ('Horrible Bosses', 'Deathly Hallows Part 1', 'Deathly Hallows Part 2', 'Green Lantern'
.
Well done, WB. Now apply it to more catalogue releases, please.

Since I am getting a blue ray player before Christmas I will buy the blue ray for sure since I own all the other ones
Well I couldn't find the black spoiler bar and I figured that people on here either know the twist or dint care cause it IS a finale destination movie. Of course that still doesn't really give away what the twiist is
The twist ending to this was amazing. Just like the film. I think it's time to quit the series, but seriously, this is one franchise that never fails to impress me. The fourth film was definitely the worst - but seeing it in 3D was really fun. Both of these films are two of the best 3D films I've seen in a while.
I LOVED this movie! The 3D was stunning, and the movie itself was surprisingly good (and a HUGE step up from the atrociousness of the 4th movie).

I've seen the film but tell me how the back of the case spoils it. I THINK I know does it have to so with the summary of one of the special features?
Yep. Let's hope people don't actually notice it...but now that you pointed it out, it kinda defeats the purpose lol.

I remember that the original title for the 1st installment, was "Flight 180". I guess it's good that they changed it, or else this would be called "Flight 180 pt. 5".

Yeah... I was the only one in the movie theater that got the ending. Well, to be honest... there were 4 people in the theater... including myself but I was having the best time, ever. I loved the ending, for sure, for sure, loved it

Meh. These movies are just like the Saw films: predictable. Like the cover, though.
Yeah. I read about this last night, iCloud and Ultraviolet.
You don't own it, period - EVER. You pay for permission to view. That sad thing is, this will catch on. They'll say that using Ultraviolet, you're going Green. If you don't, you hate the environment. While it may not be that blatant, they will mention it. The hipsters will embrace this. And try to shame others into it.
As for Mal's comment about future service... to quote Crusty The Clown - "If I break, buy another". If you had to move to another cloud service, you get a discount on getting your library back - you paid for those movies on that provider, not theirs.
This is a corporate wet dream.
I'm depressed.
There is no real incentive to keep the company running for ten years. They could say they're closing doors and opening a new service (saying all the global customers are dragging down the system - they need a better site). And charge you for transfering the movies you already paid for. What are you going to do??? It would be the only game in town. If you want movies - you HAVE to use this service. Worse yet I can see them puting a time limit before your account gets deleted.

Let's hope they don't change their minds in the future. These cloud services are fine right now, but imagine you have a look at your collection ten years from now. I wonder if the UltraViolet Alliance will still be around by then.

The DVD cover is really nice, however I don't like the "Ultraviolet digital copy" that I keep seeing on combo sets. I liked this one more than I've liked the past few sequels.
Surprised there's no 3D blu, since the 3D in this one was one of the few that was worthwhile.

DVD'ers get short shrifted again (regarding bonus features)? thank god for getting movies other ways. FD5 was actually pretty decent. MUCH MUCH and MUCH better than the abortion that was part 4! i really liked how they connected FD1 & FD5. plus i adore Emma Bell!

Surprisingly good addition, with excellent 3D, a fantastic twist and great deaths. Hope a 3D edition is announced soon.
Never saw this, but I will check it out as this series has always been an enormous guilty pleasure of mine. Even that 4th one.
This was surprisingly decent. I do think it's times to hang up the curtain though. Also let me say where's the 3d bluray? I actually saw it n 3d and even that was good, just funny it's not coming.
Honestly, the twist ending for this one is one of my favorites ever. I NEVER saw it coming.

What in the deuce is a "Ultra-Violet Digital Copy"?
