Never saw this, never wanted to, but having seen that poster a few times I have to wonder why they changed Siena Miller's hairdo for the cover? Curious.
Stupid, stupid movie. But oh-so-much fun. Cool 2-disc art.

I think because the original version looked nothing like her hair did in the movie overall, not that i'm paying attention to the hair on that picture lol.

Funniest movie of the year, worth renting...you'll laugh your ass off!

I hope that was some sort of ironic 'Comic Book Guy' post.

"C.G.I. Joe" yeah very original. Like I haven't already heard that one a million times. Great movie by the way you bunch of bots. Not saying all you who hate it are. But I bet that 50% of you who hated it would have like it had it got better critical success.
Sienna Miller is a white girl w/ a black girl's booty. I'm lovin it. Oh, and I'm a white guy.

Dang. I prefer the single disc art yet again...but the Blu art is pretty cool too.
Damn, what is up with all the hate? It was by no means intelligent entertainment, but I thought it was fun.
It's a given that it's a really stupid movie. BUT.....it's certainly a much better movie than other pure horse c**p that came out this summer....i.e Hangover, Ice Age 3, Harry Potter, Night in Museum 2.
What GI Joe had that those films didn't: entertainment value.

No, you're thinking of "The Hangover".

I enjoyed it more than Terminator Salvation, Wolverine and Transformers 2.
Well thats just great, the bluray cover gets rid of one hot lady, and is covering the cleavage of another. Prefer the 1 disc art but will go for Blu.
Sorry if this post seems too sexist to our female readers.

Its not the best movie of 2009, but I still liked it better than that piece of c**p Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
lee Byung hun is one of my favorite actors, so this will be a purchase for me for sure!
So can't wait to buy the Blu-ray on day one! Sienna Miller is now my future ex-wife after seeing her as the Baroness!!
On Amazon, why is the 2-disk GI Joe have the white ninja guy w/the bad guys? Is it going to be a slip cover?

I'll second that.
The trolls that haven't even seen it, amuse me greatly.

I went in with ridiculously low expectations but was hugely surprised. This movie doesn't pretend to be somethings it's not - it knows it's an over-the-top, mindless stupid action movie and I loved it. It didn't try to be serious, realistic or dark like many of todays for example, comic book movies and it worked. The action was non-stop, damn it was fun. Definite must buy for me!

Your post made me go check out Amazon...maybe it is a slip-cover. And perhaps the Blu-ray will have the same thing? That'd be awesome.

Gotta admit, that buttshot on the front of the one disc cover makes me tingly down there.
It was a decent popcorn movie. Nothing wrong with that. Good rental.

If you did not like this film you are a troll? How silly of you. Didn't care to see Terminator Salvation. Wolverine was horrible. Out of all these films Transformers 2 was the most entertaining. This film doesn't even pass as a popcorn film.

Hmm interestin first cover, what's with the hair?
I cant wait.
i liked the film it was cheesy though
i would get it on blu ray but opted for the limited edition steel tin dvd instead

Well I thought it was a basic popcorn flick - but I do dig chicks in tight leather
Pretty lame extras...
Pretty lame extras...
So the 1 disc dvd has no features except a commentary and the 2 disc has 2 featurettes and a useless pos digital copy. As with Ice Age 3 I'll be getting the one disc. I've always been a 2 disc SE person but these are a waste of $7-8 more.
Channing Tatum and Marlon Wayans need to do us a favor and kill themselves
