I heard an interview with him - he said he never even posed for any publicity photos and that they must have got the picture from his driving license!
The British person is Stephen Merchant, who is the co-creator of Extras and the UK version of The Office. He is also including in the record-breaking podcasts by Ricky Gervais and Karl Pilkington. I think it is because his appearance in the movie will convince the British public to see the film.
Why did they include the British guy on the cover? Like Ethan said, he's in the movie for about five minutes and why him? Why not anyone else on the cover? What a f**kin photoshopped creep!
And another thing, why include his name on the cover? AGAIN, he's in the movie for five f**king minutes!

He was only in it for about 5 minutes, why on Earth would anyone put Merchant there like that? Ridiculous.
