i'm still really bummed that this show is canceled. i loved all the seasons but season 4 really got the show back on track, only to have it canceled. one thing i DID hate about this show is that they would kill off almost every strong female character (Elle, Lydia, Daphne, etc) and yet they'd never consider writing off Claire. also, i think they should have gotten rid of Syler after season 2. Robert Knepper made a great villain in ssn4. and Ali Larter rules!
I gave up after Season 3, even though the thing with Sylar and Petrelli the older (what's his name? Peter's brother?) was clever. It just got increasingly convoluted, and they seemed adamantly to refuse to show cool hero fights to appease action geeks, and the worst thing was the simple fact that when no characters stay dead all that dies is the tension surrounding those characters.
Remember when everyone was pitting Heroes against Lost?
Hilarious.
Hilarious.
I agree with you Giovanni.
The photo of Claire (Hayden) looks outdated since she had short hair in season 4 and Mohinder was in about only 2 episodes.
Will this include the series finale we never got from NBC?

I strongly disagree. The show spiralled downhill DURING Season 1. It was driftless, meaningless, driven by stupid chances and senseless choices as plot devices, and embarrassingly puerile. A full-fledged mess, right from the start, that led nowhere fast.

I'm one of the few who thought this season was a huge improvement over season 2 and the first half of 3. It had a good story to tell and focused more on character and I think the show really found its footing again. After the cliffhanger finale I was really excited for a new season and ready for it to be the last too. I just hope that TV movie to wrap things up actually happens otherwise it would be really cruel to leave Heroes fans hanging (I also bet that half of NBC's new schedule will fail to even save that network and get axed anyway). I should end this minor rant and say I'll get the DVD set and I like that coverart! lol
The show gradually went downhill after Season 1. People say it was the writer's strike, but look at how well other shows did considering that factor.
Since it got canceled, perhaps they'll continue the stories / wrap things up in a comic, kind of like how Joss Whedon is continuing Buffy with seasons 8 and 9.

Since I convinced the Mrs to go halves on a V+ box for the HD content on the proviso that she could watch the football and record all of her s**te off of the E! channel
I did used to play/watch when I was younger, but then I started rugby and enjoyed smacking people a lot more than running about aimlessly.

Since when have you watched football anyway?

LOL yeah. Was funny seeing him at the end jumping up and down and acting like he actually contributed
Still, if you'd asked em to bet on the outcome at the start I'd never have guessed that both Austin Powers and Mickey Knox would get their penalties. The pros blatantly weren't trying though. Shearer missed a sitter and Zidane looked like he was out for a stroll.

The cast has such excellent posture.
Or they were told to pose like they have poles up their butts.
