For those who don't know, this film is currently available on various OnDemand services (you can even watch it via amazon), so if you want to check it out. I will note that I think pretty much anywhere, it's $9.99 for a 48-hour rental.
I thought it was quite good. I didn't like it as much as Planet Terror or Machete, but I think I landed on a solid B+. One of the main reasons I didn't like it as much was the insanely over-saturated colors. I think it's meant to kind of look like those old school Technicolor films; when they tended to go way overboard on the colors; but that throws it out of the 1980s exploitation feel the rest of the movie has. Will be picking up the BD regardless.

I saw this the first day it hit OnDemand, and paid the full ten bucks. Feeling reluctant at first, I'm glad now because I would have missed out on such a visceral, yet fun experience. This film is seriously better than Machete, Grindhouse, and Drive Angry 3D combined, and I loved all those movies. The color platte was awesome, the gore was some of the best I've seen, and Hauer was AWESOME. Might buy.
This movie was just bad-ass.
hopefully these freatures will be on the Alliance DVD/Blu in Canada.
And this was Awesome it was like a Canadian B-movie from the 80's.
