OMG! The U.K./Ireland/Scotland gets the DVD out two months before we do (U.S.A./Canada). That is so unfair.

Not really when you see how many things WE get before THEM.
That is just how FOX, and many other try to "encourage" people to buy DVD from their own region, and multiple version of the same thing!
In fact, Region 3 of HORTON already out in Singapore on 20/09, 3 months before US! Of course, it is a bare bone version without any extra! So hopefully people will buy again, when Region 1 is out!
6 months later, there will be another special edition, with a little of extra in a 2nd disc, and called it "Who's Out There Edition"!
