Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced DVD ($59.98) and Blu-ray ($74.98) releases of House: Season Six for the 31st August. Extras will include commentary on "Broken" by director/executive producer Katie Jacobs, writer/executive producer Russel Friend & writer/executive producer Garrett Lerner, commentary on "5-to-9" by star Lisa Edelstein and writer/executive producer Thomas L. Moran, commentary on "Wilson" by star Robert Sean Leonard and writer/supervising producer David Foster, and 4 featurettes ("Before Broken: An Exclusive Original Short", "A Different POV: Hugh Laurie Directs", "New Faces in a New House", "A New House for House"). The Blu-ray release will also include additional BD-Live and U-Control features as well as a Crazy Cool Episode: Epic Fail featurette on the visual effects. Just finished Season Five and think that the series is slowly going down in quality. Will most likely pick this up to catch up with the series, but I hope things get better again!
Lackluster season overall. I will pick it up when it drops below $20. I am impressed that Universal put 3 commentary tracks instead of 1.
this season blew HARD.
