Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment have let us know of an artwork revision for the region one release of Identity which stars John Cusack, Ray Liotta and Amanda Peet. Not a great deal has changed from the original design but gone is the rather awful morph effect. For more details on what the disc is set to include, please refer to the related article below.
