what the hell is a "Go-to" comedy?
Anyone who purchases this DVD will be the bravest person I've met.
Eddie Murphy was funny in the past. It's more a movie I would see once but never again. It's cute though, but seeing it once was perfect.
Only one title needs to revive Eddie Murphy's career, and that is Beverly Hills Cop IV.

Either that or The Nutty Professor 3.
F**k this, whens The Hangover coming.

actually...beverly hills cop IV has been in talks for a 2010 or 2011 release to theaters...comingsoon.net has a bunch of movies you wouldnt expect to be filmed or series that would continued...but it is in talks but they have no actual release date yet...so if you want check the site out for movie news!!!

I think Eddie missed a real opportunity to make a career transition of Bill Murray proportions after his praiseworthy role in Dreamgirls. It's like he decided to jump back into the shallow end of the comedy pool just to spite everyone.."Well, I didn't win an Oscar so f*ck if I care."
Repeat after me: "EPIC FLOP"
Looked terrible.
Haven't seen it but I'd like to think I will but I haven't seen a new Eddie Murphy movie other than the Shrek movies in almost a decade. I think the last one I saw was the second Nutty Professor!
I was looking through his filmography and I still haven't seen 'I Spy', 'Daddy Day Care', 'Norbit'... well any movie he has made this decade!

Well,if Pat Collins says so, then it must be good!
I don't think Eddie really cares about the quality of films he makes anymore. As long as they keep paying him millions to make more Pluto Nashes, Norbits, and Meet Daves, he'll be content to wallow in mediocrity for the rest of his life.....
Remember back when Eddie Murphy was still funny? It was around the time that Michael Jackson was still black (and living), and OJ was known as a football player. Times sure have changed.
Imagine what?
They should make about 10 dvds for a start & see if there is a call for any more.
I'm so buying this
Someone please put Eddie Murphy out to pasture.......his days of being able to entertain are long gone, and that includes his voice-over work in Shrek.
Home Media Magazine reports that the DVD release (sellthrough) will come 1 month after the Blu-ray release.
Very similar to A Cinderella Story cover
I'm definitely buying this first day. It was better than The Dark Knight, better than Titanic. Better than Gone With The Wind

....said the fan of "Meet Dave", "From Justin to Kelly", and "You Got Served"
