I thought so too. But that last fight scene with him pissed me off, it was literally 2 hits and done! F**kin weak.

mickey rourke was really good, and he should have been the only villain. rockwell definitely took away from him. i'm just bothered by the fact that so far each movie has come down to tony battling another suit. anyone seems to be able to build these things.
definitely will grab this eventually. along with the first. just waiting for my eventual blu-ray upgrade. need to buy a player soon...

Yeah there was most action but most of it was setup to make way for the next films to come out. Still I liked it a lot and it was enjoyable. Definitely am buying the Combo Pack on Day 1!!!!

Day after my birthday. Let's celebrate together.
Yes, Nathan! Let's celebrate indeed! :-)

While the Mark V scene was the best part of the movie, I don't agree with it being the emphasis of the cover. The image of Iron Man and War Machine standing back-to-back would've been better.

For me this is a MUST BUY... I just enjoyed the hell out of this movie.

Seriously! It's been a pretty lame summer indeed....

In case anyone cares, Target will offer the Blu-ray in a metal case (likely a steel book).

I have a friend whose birthday is the day before the release date.
Anyway the 2-Disc DVD might be sweet but I'm still getting the Blu-Ray Combo Pack.

Ugly cover. The movie felt un-focused... It rides on RDJR's charm but I don't think Jon Favroe is much of a director. The endings and action in both film are not top notch, ending both films with CGI suits battling. No thanks.
Nothing like forcing people to buy the Blu Ray if you want the extra bonus features..
Reprehensible
Im not ready to upgrade and dont see a need to go Blu

Skipped in the theaters, Ill Netflix it, not to excited.

i was in the same boat, well over 300 movies when i made the switch to blu-ray and there's no "starting from scratch" needed. my blu-ray collection is a little over 100 movies now and of those, there's maybe 25 i already had on dvd. but of course i chose to double dip those, i didnt need or have to, i just wanted to. in most cases i found them for really cheap and/or they offered new extras (i'm an extras wh*re
so many people have this idea that they are expected or "have to" rebuy all of their movies on blu-ray if they make the switch. well of course you dont, as my case maybe there are a few movies you love a lot and would be worth getting again but there's no need or reason to start over. i'd understand if blu-ray players werent backward compatible but yeah.
its a good time to start, prices have never been better and lower on movies and players. anyway...im starting to sound like a pitchman so i'll shut up and go back to topic...........IRON MAN 2 BABY!!!
