mickey rourke was really good, and he should have been the only villain.  rockwell definitely took away from him.  i'm just bothered by the fact that so far each movie has come down to tony battling another suit.  anyone seems to be able to build these things.

i was in the same boat, well over 300 movies when i made the switch to blu-ray and there's no "starting from scratch" needed. my blu-ray collection is a little over 100 movies now and of those, there's maybe 25 i already had on dvd. but of course i chose to double dip those, i didnt need or have to, i just wanted to. in most cases i found them for really cheap and/or they offered new extras (i'm an extras wh*re ). but also, blu-ray players upgrade dvds so they look even nicer so you have good reason to keep everything.

so many people have this idea that they are expected or "have to" rebuy all of their movies on blu-ray if they make the switch. well of course you dont, as my case maybe there are a few movies you love a lot and would be worth getting again but there's no need or reason to start over. i'd understand if blu-ray players werent backward compatible but yeah.

its a good time to start, prices have never been better and lower on movies and players. anyway...im starting to sound like a pitchman so i'll shut up and go back to topic...........IRON MAN 2 BABY!!!

I thought Iron Man 2 was a great flick. Just barely not as great as the first. Awesome covers. I guess I will be buying the 2 disk. Hopefully it has the same cover as the blu-ray.

This was somewhat underwhelming, but I would say that overall it was moderate at best. ScarJo's action at the end was the best thing about the film. And yes, this was a let down in comparison to the first movie.

I wouldn't call this movie anywhere near bad, but I just thought it was somewhat forgettable. I haven't had an inkling of desire to go back and watch it a second time.

definite first day Blu Ray purchase for me, hoping Best Buy or somewhere else has an exclusive edition with more extras/packaging, etc.

He actually did record a commentary for the first film, but for some reason Paramount didn't use it.

Not a very good follow-up. The original was much better. Won't be buying.

Wasn't as good as I thought it was gonna be, but it was still a good sequel.  I'll get it at Christmas

The covers look pretty badass, will definitly get the Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo.

Well, at least you can use the FF button to skim through the slow middle of it.

Still, it made enough money for Marvel, but clearly not enough to stop them from low-balling Ed Norton out of The Avengers.
