Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has announced a Blu-ray/DVD Combo release of James and the Giant Peach for the 3rd August. Retail will be around $39.99. Extras will include a Production Featurette that takes a look at the making of the film, a “Good News” Music Video performed by Randy Newman, a Still Frame Gallery, a Spike the Aunts Interactive Game inspired by the game that plays after the end movie credits, and the Original Theatrical Trailer. Probably because Universal owns Coraline, not Disney. It is a bit annoying and redundant though. I wish they'd just put Selick's name on it. The guy deserves a lot more recognition than he gets.
He does. Also, they probably mean the original Alice in Wonderland, not the Burton version. Just a guess.

I wish I didn't hate this movie, but god I do. And yeah it should say from the director of Caroline.
I remember this movie and the book was pretty good too.
