That's the original negative, which had deteriorated.
Why no lossless mono soundtrack? If the 7.1 mix is anything like the old 5.1 DVD mixes, its to be avoided.
And the before and after restoration pics are surely a little... exaggerated? I never saw Jaws look that bad!
