I'm really quite intrigued. I also saw Jennifer's Body and Sorority row and I must say I liked the former. Jennifer's Body was more entertaining and original in my opinion. Although, the deaths in Sorority row were better. Still, I thought JB was better character-wise, and plot-wise.

Amanda Seyfried tongue kissing Megan Fox was worth the admission. That should have been the whole film.
Any nudity?
Too bad Megan Fox didn't look that good in the actually movie... thank god for Adobe!!!
the movie was like Carrie meet Heathers

There's no nudity or sex per say. There are a few shots of Jennifer's cleavage, but no genitals are exposed. There's also no real sexual scenes. But don't let that get you down, this is a solid horror/comedy and one of the better non-redundant films to come out this year.

I know I might get banned from the site, but I thought that scene was unnecessary. It really wasn't anything significant and was just in there for gratuitous display. I thought the film would still be solid, even without that controversial scene.

Yes, Megan Fox does suck, and aside from a rockin' bod she is not that hot. That's my opinion anyway. But besides that, Jennifer's Body looks pretty entertaining. I do like Amanda Seyfried. Will definitely rent this.
I'm disappointed though they aren't going with the art that had been posted at Video ETA. I thought it was awesome.

The art they went with is fine, but not as cool, IMO. They should have used the Video ETA art for the Unrated version and the other art for the Rated version.

Video ETA is not very good. They never have been. They always set the wrong release date.

Actually, there's a very good reason why the kissing scene is in the film. Gracious scene on the surface but it explains the reason why Needy's friends with Jennifer.
Needy loves Jennifer. This scene, the scene in the bar, and the ending are all you need to figure this out.
This is why she puts up with Jennifer's c**p.

Not sure why you'd think that would get you banned... That scene was all about showing the hold that Jennifer had over Needy, even after becoming hell-spawn. Plus, you know, girls copping off is never gratuitous.
*Edit* Sorry, I see Cory beat me to it.

It was alright. Cover makes the movie look better.
VideoEta and DVD Empire both show a different cover...
Which one is right? Theirs or this one?

Original artwork was better, captured the tone of the movie better. New art is a bit too horror-looking.
well there goes my "least they used the original poster" comment. lol
but did i actually see someone say they are buying this simply because they think megan is hot? wow, i hope that was sarcam. lol

I like the new cover, but I'm so effing sick of bare-bones DVD releases and extra packed Blu-Rays. Some people can't afford to convert to Blu-Ray. Ugh.
The new artwork looks much better!
The new artwork feels a little lazy. If someone hadn't heard of it, they'd think it was a straight to DVD lazy chopped together film.
from "Good" artwork to Painful artwork
Much better artwork
I wonder what can be done to change the attitude 'screw DVD users'. Something needs to be done that's for sure, this is BS.
agreed another example is the terminator salvation blu-ray will have both versions why hasn't there been petitions to have the same content this is ridiculous i could see maybe if dvds reached it's end like vhs did but come on
i have both formats i still get mainly for dvds than blu-ray unless a movie has both versions or its a personal favorite of mine then i'll get blu-ray titles

A buy.
I know I will buy this when it comes out, but if you look at the original dvd cover art and then the banner at the top of the page for this movie you will see a slight alteration to part of the poster.
I prefer the old artwork, I thought this movie was way underrated, I thought the writing was really good, if a little grating at times, and the performances, yes even Megan Fox, were pretty damn good. I think I'll be picking this up.

The banner at the top is from the original poster where it says "Hell Yes!" on the chalk board as opposed to "Unrated."

Sooooo glad they decided to go with this artwork. It's the better of the two, IMO. But like I said before, they could still use the one with the chalkboard in the background for the Rated version.
This movie rocked. I like the Original Artwork best. but I guess they shall do what ever they want. Movie was probably one of the best of 2009.
The new artwork's disappointing and whoever's in charge of designing what goes on what DVDs/Blu Rays at Fox should have his balls smashed in like they were Willem Dafoe's in Antichrist. I'm sick of this DVDs get nothing/Blu Ray gets everything s * * t.
The first cover was cooler... The second one looks like a porno.
The original artwork was much, much better.

I will definitely purchase this, hope the unrated adds something more substantial than we are used to. Had a good ensemble cast aswell I felt, the guy who played Chip was funny.
