I probably wouldn't mind that cover if it weren't for the awesome original poster: http://wrongsideoftheart.com/wp-content/gallery...
i don't hate this cover but i don't love it either. the movie itself was VERY fun and F'ed up (in a great way!). this was refreshingly different from just about any movie i've seen in a long time. for those wanting a non-formula/non-"Hollywood" movie this is for you.
Yikes! That cover looks like every other "horror comedy" movie out there. The original poster is awesome, do they not realize who's still buying these things!?
The original poster is so good, I don't mind that it graces the cover of my copy of the book (something I normally hate). The DVD/Blu cover is awful.
Ehhh....
I have this on pre-order, but I might end up getting another release of it as that is one of the worst covers ever. Wow! So disappointing...

Why mention Don Coscarelli directed Phantasm twice? I understand it is on the one-piece but.....
Trained monkeys could have done better with the covers
