I don't see why people would be expected to pay for a digital copy of the movie when they buy the DVD. I mean, what's the selling point? If I want a copy of the movie to watch on my computer, I'm not going to spend 20 or 30 bucks on a DVD when I could download it off BitTorrent for free.
If Fox wants to push digital copies so badly, they'd be better off putting them up on iTunes or something like that.

Fox is going to make me pull my hair out with this stupid digital copy edition.
Not crazy about the two-disc artwork. I like the concept a lot, but... I dunno. That style of drawing is really, really unattractive. Repellant, even. GREAT concept. Love the tic-tacs. Hideous drawings.
Good movie though! I think the backlash is more to do with the fact that this movie committed the unforgivable sin of becoming popular.

Why is it that every single critically acclaimed movie also is apparently overrated? No matter how good I think a movie is, I'm always shocked to discover that its overrated. Strange, I'm going to have to look into that.

I'll wash her. She's over 18 right?I don't want to go to jail and stuff.I'd rather wash Evangeline Lilly though.I love me Canadian women.
Is this Digital Copy thing supposed to stop piracy? Is that why they came up with this Digital Copy c**p!?Early 20's actually...drool...
In theory you could say the digital copy actually breaks the law. It depends which country you are in.

The 2-Disc artwork is really great...except for that ugly digital copy banner!!! Get rid of it FOX! Please!

Definitely picking this one up. Until I get that PS3 it will be standard def for me. *sigh*
I didn't even know people liked that. "Digital Copies." Haven't they only made 2 or 3 since Live Free or Die Hard?
Extraordinary film, really wonderful. I can't wait to see it again.
I agree they should lose the 'Digital Copy Special Edition' we already know it's the special edition, that's why it costs more!
I love the 2-disc artwork! Other than that stupid 'Digital Copy Special Edition' at the top. Great pic, though.
I saw this 3 times in December, it seems so long ago and I'm seeing again March. The tic tac cover is cool. I think it should include a Fruitful Yuki comic, who agrees? (The preg superhero)
One of my new favorites for sure. I hate how so many people are negative towards it now due to it's breakout success (Calling it stupid and Diablo Cody god knows what).
2-Disc for me- the ARTWORK OWNS!

Ellen Page has done well since Trailer Park Boys but nothing as good as, yet (probably never).

Since it is coming out in April, I bet they are waiting to see if it wins any Oscars, if so then they can include that on the cover. If not then they can just put the nominations. Just a theory.

Awesome! One of the best dramadies this decade. Buying it the day it comes out.

I saw this twice in theaters. At the moment, it's my favorite film of 2007. It was really funny, but what makes it so special is its heart. It has a big one and was extremely touching. The soundtrack is amazing as well. It's way better than KNOCKED UP.
Anyway, I will buy it for sure. I want the 2-Disc edition, but since I won't watch the special features anyway I might just buy the 1-Disc at first and in the future get the 2-Disc when it's cheaper. Of course if I do that and figure in the cost of the 1-Disc and the eventual 2-Disc I'd buy then I may as well just buy the 2-Disc right off the bat. So yeah, I'm not sure what I'll do, but I will buy it regardless.

My fave film of the year. Kudos to Fox for going day and date with both single disc and 2-disc editions. I hate when they put out a lackluster single disc (i.e. The Simpsons) when you know a more elaborate special edition is on the way eventually. They did it right with Live Free Or Die Hard, Fantastic 4: ROTSS and now Juno.
Juno is a film in witch a good cast and director do what they can with an atrocious screenplay. Seriously, the only character development in this movie is done by the Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman characters, they are the only one's that have any kind of emotional arch. And the dialog, god almighty I felt like I was watching Kevin Smith on crack, "It's Morgan Freeman, do you have any bones that need collecting," is probably the worst line I've seen in a cinema all year. What 17 year old girl talks like this? Yes, I know she's witty and I know she's quirky but, c'mon, "I'm telling you I'm pregnant and you're acting shockingly cavalier." Are you f%#*ing' kidding me? A "human comedy" as so many people are calling it? Not at all. Juno is a comedy which deals with very real issues in very unrealistic ways. I don't mind if Wes Anderson's character's talk in such a way but that's because the man effectively creates his own world with a camera that's not intended to be relatable and has a fairy-tale quality. Juno, on the other hand is about teenage pregnancy which happens and is relatable to many people, and throughout this pregnancy she never shows an ounce of insecurity about the way her body will look from pregnancy (she's 17), she never seems to form any kind of bond with the baby growing inside of her, and she never has even a moment of hormonal behavior. Now, either this girl is the most well rounded and put together female under the age of 50 on the planet (in witch case I doubt she would have gotten pregnant), or this story is just a tad unrealistic. To be honest, I much rather would have seen a film from the yuppie couple's point of view in witch Juno was nothing more than a supporting character. Now, all this being said, let me just emphasize that this is by no means a terrible film, you could do much worse (I'm a projectionist, believe me I know), but so many people saying that this is one of if not THE best picture of the year is nothing short of an insult to far superior films like "There Will be Blood" and "No Country for Old Men," and if you want to see a better film about pregnancy try "Knocked Up" which sheds a very human and often very funny light on the subject. Once again, Juno is not terrible but it is, in my opinion, the most overrated film of the year, and the worst part about all this is, if the oscars follow the same pattern they have been following in the past few years, it looks like Juno is gonna have a lock on the best original screenplay award which would be the biggest slap in the face to all the striking writers who actually know how to form character and structure. I just love how the academy constantly takes the most main stream of indie films every year and chooses to bestow a nomination or two on it as to say "Hey younger audience whose demographic we desperatley need, look how hip we are
A 2 Disc SE. How'd have thought a little film like this would get such good treatment.
I've yet to see it but it reminds me of "Pieces of April" and "Ghost World".

Never got to see it, but due to the hype ill blind buy it.
Great little movie - but definitely not best picture material. I'll probably just stick with the 1 disc on this one.
Definite buy for me. Regular DVD though, have not made the decision to join the Hi Def camp just yet, I love my existing DVD collection and the regular DVD prices.
I'm tired of these 1 disc and 2 disc editions. I mean we hardly care for 2-disc anymore when people keep pulling this.
Blu Ray buy for me.

Thanks, but I have one, and a good one.....which is why I didn't find Juno to be all that funny.

What? No Digital Copy?
I didn't realise it was a comedy. It wasn't very funny.
Yet another over rated"comedy"along the lines of Knocked Up and SuperBad-which lived up to its title!
Already know i want this. And I'm glad its on Blu-ray. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
I did love this movie, but I agree with the people who think it doesn't deserve Best Picture (or a nomination). I don't think its on that level. I also think that Sweeney Todd deserves that honor for 2007, which apparently many a person would hold against me. All opinion I guess.
What's the 2-disc artwork going to look like if they're using the poster for the 1-disc?

YES!!!!!!! OMG YES!!!! Blu-ray for friggin sure! I CANNOT WAIT!!!! I LOVED THIS MOVIE FA SHIZZ!!! Hahahaha. I do love it though and can't wait to own it. I've seen it 4 times already, can you say addicted!!!! I hope the Blu-ray has that artwork.
is this really worth all the praise? Never got to see it...
meh it was ok. it seemed to me that micheal cera was the same role in this as he was in superbad.
Page looks 12 on the cover but she's almost that age flipped (21). If she hadn't taken this job, she could have continued her Hard Candy role and took it to To Catch a Predator.
Anyway, yeah. Overrated, blah-blah-blah. Don't care. I'm getting the 2-discer.

awesome movie!! i loved it!
Well it seems like today is the day of great movie announcements! This is my third favorite film of 2007 and I am a bit surprised, but extremely happy that it is getting the 2-Disc treatment. I cannot wait until April because it's shaping up beautifully, the 2-Disc will be mine!
One of my favourite films this year, Ellen Page was magnificent! I'll definitely pick this up on Blu-Ray!

I wonder why none of the Oscar nominated movies announce it on the cover
This looks kinda sad, but my sister loved it. She saw it when I went to see I Am Legend.
I am completely baffled how this movie has completely single handedly won america's heart and is being praised the best film in recent memory hands down, reading the plot it just sounds like a different perspective of 'Knocked Up' where instead of a stoner freeloader we have a teenage girl.
Since comedies and espicially romantic comedies aren't my thing I never paid too much attention to it, guess I'll have to give it a rent to see what all the fuss is about.

Awesome, 2-disc most def.
Can today be any better first Sweeny Todd then Juno both 2-disk set!!!! I Love this movie and will buy the day it comes out on the 2 disk set!!
Loved this film, yet its nowhere close to winning Best Film on this years Oscars though. Im glad they used the theatrical poster art for the cover. And of course the legend of Film Critics, Roger Ebert's quote adds up a whole lot to this cover. Will get the BD version indeed.
this is such an awesome movie, Ellen Page is so hilarious...will definately get the 2-disc
This is the most overrated film of 2007.
It's not bad, but it's nowhere near deserving of the praise it's gotten.

Who knew a movie about such a serious subject as this would be so fricken funny?I love this movie!!
Ellen Page is so cute and such a fab actress.I am so buying the 2 disk.
"THUNDER CATS ARE GOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Very corky funny movie.I hope it wins best picture.

never saw it but she's sure a cutie....hard to believe she's 20something..lol
Finally! This is the best comedy I've ever seen, and it's finally coming out on DVD. I'm a little pissed though that they're pulling the 1-disc and 2-disc c**p again, but oh well. glad they stuck with the poster
SWEET!!!!! I saw this movie with my girlfriend twice and we both loved it! I really hope screenwriter, Diablo Cody wins the OSCAR for 'Best Screenplay.' She really wrote some great lines for this film. My girlfriend and I have Diablo to thank for calling each other 'Mac' and 'Cheese'!
I loved this movie. I will definitely be getting the 2-disc edition. Diablo Cody, Michael Cera, Jason Bateman, and Ellen Page are so cool.
great! I loved this movie
