City Lights Home Entertainment has announced Kiss of the Spider Woman which stars William Hurt, Raul Julia, and Sonia Braga. The Hector Babenco directed film will be available to own from the 21st October, and should retail at around $34.98. As well as a digitally remastered and restored presentation, the collector's edition will include a full-length documentary film "Tangled Web: Making Kiss of the Spider Woman". A Blu-ray release will also be available for $39.98. We've attached the artwork below:

the retail price seems a little high, even when the stores discount it, its still going to be about $23 or $24, you can buy brand new movies with 2-Disc Special Editions for the same price
unless they changed their minds, i recently read this would be an Amazon exclusive...or are they simply releasing it first and it'll come to other stores at a later date?
Exciting. I had meant to watch this before watching CARANDIRU but it sadly wasn't available on DVD. Should've checked my library for VHS but...I'm stupid.
