The Hector Babenco directed film will be available to own from the 21st October, and should retail at around $34.98. As well as a digitally remastered and restored presentation, the collector's edition will include a full-length documentary film "Tangled Web: Making Kiss of the Spider Woman". the retail price seems a little high, even when the stores discount it, its still going to be about $23 or $24, you can buy brand new movies with 2-Disc Special Editions for the same price

Exciting. I had meant to watch this before watching CARANDIRU but it sadly wasn't available on DVD. Should've checked my library for VHS but...I'm stupid.

Wow... this is pretty exciting news. I`ve always wanted to see this, but couldn`t track down a VHS copy.
