Tartan Video has announced the Blu-ray release of Lady Vengeance for the 25th of August, priced at around £24.99. We haven't yet got our hands on the disc so full specs are forthcoming, but we can tell you that it will feature a 2.35:1 widescreen transfer (1080p), Dolby Digital 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 5.1 and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1. Check back soon for a full update.

F**king God dammit I want Tartan USA to get their s**t together and start releasing this stuff on Blu-Ray. Lady Vengeance and Tale of Two Sisters are MADE for the format.

I'd say it's likely.It's not as simple as that, they have to North American rights (and vice versa for Britain, if Tartan USA released a particular film on the format that Tartan UK hadn't.) to a film as well. Luckily they do in the case of SfLV.
