Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced DVD ($28.96) and Blu-ray ($39.95) releases of Lakeview Terrace which stars Samuel L Jackson, Patrick Wilson, and Kerry Washington. Each will be available to own from the 13th January. Extras will include a commentary with Director Neil LaBute and Kerry Washington, deleted scenes with optional commentary, and 3 featurettes (An Open House, Meet Your Neighbors, Home Sweet Home).
