The CGI in this movie wasnt bad at all, yet Universal feels like contradicting themselves with the cover. That T-Rex in the cover looks mighty awful. Kinda like the bad CGI put into dinosaurs from the BBC or Discovery channel series.
I remember this show when I was a kid (I'm 21 now), I don't really remember it being a comedy though.
How does this translate from the 1991 (or even the 70s variant) into a ridiculous comedy with Will Ferrell?
I've yet to see this and it looks kind of funny but I just cant help but feel that it will rape my childhood memories of this program.
Oh well, its not like I was expecting hollywood to come up with anything original...

Pass. I want Terminator Salvation.
I'm still waiting for "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian." Where the hell is that?
Anna looks great on that cover.

Always the As%h$les who don't spend money on a movie are the first to complain it sucks. If youre not happy, in future contribute your g*dd*mn money towards actually paying to see the movie, and help make better films in the future, otherwise shut the f**k up and be happy youre seeing them for free.

All the naysayers squawking about Transformers 2 being the worse movie rings hallow given the film has made 400 million. This film on the other hand; highly promoted, expensive, didn't even make it to 50 million at the domestic box office. THAT is, without any doubt, an example of one of the worse films of the 2009 summer season. They took a show that was kid fare, but done with a sense of wonder, and turned it into a sex/fart joke movie.
u guys look like kids fighting...
about the movie... i think i've seen pretty bad movies along this year, one more wouldnt hurt me...
and yeah, october and september man, are gonna be expensive...

Wow, what a lame cover for the DVD and Blu-ray. It looks like Will Ferrell is lifting a finger as if about to say, "Now, now, this movie isn't that bad -- now go buy it, you sucker!"

Both "Land of the Lost" and "Transformers 2" are awful movies. Will Ferrell always plays the bumbling man-child, but hams it up to the extreme here. The awful trailer didn't help matters here -- what's wrong with you, Universal? First you got three turkeys in the summertime -- "Funny People", "Drag Me to Hell" and the lowest of them all, "Land of the Lost."
Summer 2010 isn't looking good for Universal either.

I'm a Will Ferrell and Comedy lover, I went to see this, even though the cinema chose to give it kids adverts and trailers, And I didn't enjoy it one bit, thank god it was a freebie.
I can't wait to see it. 4/5 friends found it hilarious so I like those odds. I find most Will Farrell movies funny but lacking something and I think it's that I would rather see him as a supporting player.

Hmmm, do you really have to post this 4-5 times on every DVD release on this site?

Hey, that's not a bad BD after all.... except tha tag "More Will, More Danny, More outrageous comedy" scares me a bit....

Did they change the art? Or just added the slip cover
Maybe I'm crazy but I kinda liked it.
I've mentioned before my distaste for Ferrell, but I have to admit his cameo in The Goods was frickin' hilarious..."Gotta try and get away from this dildo!"...most of the movie kinda sucked but that scene was a real gem...

^yeah that is getting annoying, I mean, it doesn't help anything. This forum/comment board is for this movie, posting about other movies constantly just gets annoying, same with the countless "waiting for Drag Me To Hell", what does that have to do at all with this movie?! We get it, you are waiting, but it seems half of the site does that, how many of us actually care. Anyway I might pick this up after it goes on sale or something, not at full price. I don't think anyone is crazy for enjoying this, it was mindless stupid fun just as I was expecting IMO.
