Ban him and the new year will feel great
Ban him and shove a VHS tape up his butt
Highlight this vote somewhere and you'll get loads of folks asking for a good banning

It's amazing sometimes what I miss in just a few days without the internet. I love Democracy
:-D
As for this film, the trailers make it look pretty good. I love vigilante justice/revenge flicks. That, and Gerard Butler is so gosh darn yummy. I'll definitely NetFlix the Blu-ray.

HA! Keep telling yourself that. I used to be ignorant too until I actually got a Blu-ray player and a high-def TV. DVD's just aren't the same. DVD is the new VHS

Has King been banished yet? If not, I'd like one sweet BanKingVote and U can keep the change.

I haven't seen the movie but for those in BD vs. DVD debate, let me make it clear for those who aren't technical savvy.
Blu Ray has a protective coat on it that's pretty much insurance for your movie that unless it plainly breaks in half, you will always have your movie as where DVD, one little scratch and you're looking at money on cleaning the disc which could be up to a dollar up to five dollars on disc cleaning equipment. $1 - 5 worth upgrade to Blu ray.
Blu Ray has the best picture and sound possible, which insures your future TVs which all are now in HD, so if your normal TV breaks now, guess what kind of TV you're going to have to get? Depending on your view point, but to me; perfect picture and sound, that's a $3 - 5 worth upgrade to Blu Ray.
Most Blu Rays come with a digital copy, which you can give to a friend, family member or a really lame Xmas present but without the special features and some even come with an extra DVD, which DO have the special features. That in itself, is worth the film's value. $10 - 20 worth upgrade to Blu Ray.
Let's say on average a DVD is 13 bucks at Walmart and 20 on Blu Ray. The upgrade to Blu Ray is in value worth anywhere from $14 - 30 more.
As for an actual Blu Ray player, the cheapest one I've seen is a Magnavox at Walmart for only $79, which also plays AND upgrades your existing DVDs with the inferior Blu Ray discs. And as someone said before, the HDMI cable is very cheap these days.
Now, getting a PS3, which is 300 bucks at this point, would be the best thing to get, with a top of the line Blu Ray player inside, with the fastest loading time and easiest updates for your player, which some say would be valued at nearly 200 in itself. Plus the fact you have a gaming system that also has FREE internet browsing AND online gameplay.
People who aren't getting Blu Ray are really missing out.
As for this movie, wanted to see it in theaters so I'll maybe give it a rent.
