Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has announced the complete first season of Legend of the Seeker for the 13th October. Retail will be around $45.99. The 5-disc package will include all 22 episodes, each of which will be presented in widescreen along with English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround tracks. Extras will include audio commentaries, deleted scenes, and 2 featurettes ("Forging the Sword: Crafting a Legend", "Words of Truth: A Conversation with Terry Goodkind"). Art is attached:

Love this show! but won't buy it until it's released on Blu-ray.
I wish I caught more episodes of this show when it aired. liked what I saw.
Rent for me. Doesn't look like something I can see myself getting very into.
Legend of the Seeker" will come to Blu-Ray eventually. At the Comic Con panel yesterday, producers said a Blu-Ray set won't be released until after prices drop (they mentioned this will happen around winter/Christmastime). You can check the official Terry Goodkind board for more specific details.
