Warner Home Video has announced the 3rd volume of Legion of Superheroes which includes 5 episodes of the animated series. The disc will be available to own from the 9th September, and should retail at around $14.97. We have no word on any extra material for this one, but we'll let you know if we hear anything. For now though, here's our first look at the official region one package artwork:

I love the Legion show - its a shame that it got cancelled after the second season. I am still waiting for the 1st Season Boxset before buying the item.

Hopefully, Warners will make a "Legion" animated DVD movie or actually make a live action version (instead of JLA).

Season 2 was way better than Season 1. That's the main reason is because of Superman X.

Yep, I agree that Season 2 was better than Season 1 - I still can't believe **SPOILER** they cut off Lightling Lad's arm !!!

My favourite episodes though were in Season 1 with the "Legion of Subsitute Heroes" and the 2 part climax "Suneater episodes" with the **SPOILER** death of Ferro Lad.
