Buena Vista Home Entertainment have released a revised press release for the region two release of The Lion King: Special Edition which features the voice of Matthew Broderick as Simbar. This two disc release will be available to own from the 31st October this year and should set you back somewhere in the region of £19.99. So what has changed in this revised press release? Unfortunately it no longer looks like the region two release will be carrying a DTS track! We're trying to get confirmation on this from Buena Vista but things don't look promising at the moment. We'll keep you posted. For now though here are the revised disc specs in a little more detail as well as another look at the artwork:
