Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray release of Mall Cop for the 19th May. Retail will be around $39.95. The film itself will be presented in widescreen along with a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack. Extras will include commentary with Kevin James and Producer Todd Garner, Deleted Scenes, featurettes ("Stunts", "The Mall", "Kevin James: Not Your Average Mall Cop", "On Set with Mike ‘Rooftop’ Escamilla", "Action Sports Junkies", "Thoughts with Kevin James"), outtakes, and a digital copy of the film. No Sony high def logo?? Interesting... Heard this was ok might Netflix it.
I wish 'King of Queens' is still on, one of my favorite shows. It's pretty difficult for stars who has been in tv-series for a long time to make transition into big films. Kevin James was pretty funny in Hitch but not much else, and this doesn't really look like my cup of tea, so I guess I'll pass.
