JoeR wrote: Any reason why Fox is distributing this? Relativity did theatrical.
Relativity inked a home distribution deal with Fox when it started releasing movies by itself. The movies before that like "Skyline" and "MacGruber" were released by Universal before Relativity got its new deal.
All the movies it co-finances with Universal, Sony and Lionsgate are still released by those respective companies. But Relativity's solo movies and acquisitions are released on home video by Fox.
And yes, this movie is terrible. Only thing it has going for it is the terrific cinematography and costume design. And a Bollywood-style musical number has no business being in a Hollywood film.

I think both Snow White movies look good in their own ways. This looked cute and funny. Will rent it.
Art definitely looks better with the castle in the background. That should be on both versions.

So let me get this straight: Fox tries to make amends with DVD buyers by putting the castle on their cover and the Blu-ray buyers don't get that much features? That's a pass for me... Mirror Mirror's trailer couldn't even sell me the flick and I'm looking forward to Snow White and the Huntsman.
Is that the Disney castle?
I want to watch this purely for the visuals, considering it is my Tarsem Singh.
However, I just can't stand Julia Roberts and I hope she isn't too grating!

Lily Collins looks like Audrey Hepburn on the cover.
