I doubt it's Region B. DVD Active tend to stick that on there if A: They've confirmed it's Region B but also B: If they have no idea either way. I'm pretty sure all Cine-asia BDs are region free.

No idea about region. If we get the disc I'll update the info. Also think the supplied audio specs could be wrong (the MA track should be Mandarin as well).
