But only after going on a year-long cross-country odyessy does she realize love was right at her doorstep all along. Gorgeously filmed by award-winning director Wong Kar Wai (In The Mood For Love) and featuring Oscar winner Rachel Weisz (The Constant Gardener) and Oscar nominees Natalie Portman (Closer, Garden State) and David Strathairn (Good Night, and Good Luck), My Blueberry Nights is an optimistic ode to love and "one of the best movies of the year!" (Andrew Sarris, New York Observer).

Yes!! I'm a huge fan of Norah Jones, and I have all her albums and her concert DVDs. My Blueberry Nights was only given a limited release in my city, but I hate that I missed it. So I'll definitely be buying My Blueberry Nights on July 1st! I really hope that The Weinstein Company will announce a Blu-ray release of the movie soon, but if not, then I'll still get My Blueberry Nights on DVD!

Beautiful artwork.
I dont care what people say about this comment...
My Blueberry Night is one of the BEST Movies of not only 2008,but that I have ever seen. Huge fan of Norah Jones and she was right on with her acting debut,Rachel Weisz was also spot on with David Strathairn stealing the show with his performance. The soundtrack was AMZING with Norah Jones and Cat Power providing AWESOME songs ("The Story" and "The Greatest" respectivly) I highly suggest this movie to anyone who LOVES movies!!!
Total Buy for me!

People do tell me that the reason I liked this movie so much was because I never saw another movie by the guy!

I'm a big fan of director Wong Kar Wai. I can't wait to see any film from him.
Great artwork, and a for-sure blind buy.
Wow that was fast! I missed this in theaters but I'll probably pick it up sooner or later. And I agree the coverart is beautiful!

That will be a big reason why, it is almost a remake in places.
Personally I liked it, although it's not up there with WKW's best, it's not even close. It was never going to be though, WKW works best, with complete creative freedom, something Hollywood execs would never allow him.
