I liked the first one better.

Definitely the 2-Disc.
Edgeman05, you might want to look closer, the entire background is different.
I LOL at the fact that they just changed the color in the background for 1 and 2 disc.
love the artwork
The artwork is decent. But really the poster art is the best.
Decent artwork for the 2 disk edition.
A definite buy for me. An extremely entertaining adventure flick.

Highres art added for the 2-disc...
Just noticed the artwork...who's the genius who added the number 2? and they should have done away with Nicholas Cage in this artwork anyway.
What... no two pack announced with the first one?
I guess I will buy this, and the first seperatly now.

Does this have Disney's FastPlay on it?
Not bad. Cant wait for Blu pics.
Corny, and dumb. The poor mans Indiana.
NT2 was just 'ok' for me. I loved the first one, though. This one just wasn't as witty and didn't have nearly enough historical clue-hunting for me as the first one did. But I'll get it anyway.
I got movies on pre-viewd from Blockbuster. I will not pay full price for movies, unless they are special. But I will def pick this up on pre-viewd. Enjoyed it very much. Loved when they went to england lol
I missed it down here but I found the first one a no brainer popcorn movie - I hope this one is the same
I didn't see the first one until just this last December when I finally blind bought it. I was pleasantly surprised by it and planned on going to see this one. Guess I will just blind buy this one when it comes out.
I liked this movie very much. Great action adventure movie. Amazon.com oddly enough has the artwork for the 2-disc:
http://www.amazon.com/National-Treasure-Secrets...
Decent artwork; I'm glad its not covered in Disney stickers like At World's End was.

I am so going to rent it because I missed this in theaters. But I am waiting for the cover.
I can't wait to buy "National Treasure: Book of Secrets." I thought it was way better than the first film. They were both pretty good, but retrospectively, I liked Book of Secrets more.
Isn't including two extra deleted scenes on Blu-Ray kinda of a disservice to the people who haven't went Blu-Ray yet and still like DVD? On one hand, it might be an incentive to some few buyers, but I would love the amount of deleted scenes to be the same on BluRay and 2 disc DVD.
I much prefer Indiana Jones, not all these knock-offs.
I'm so looking forward to this one! I want the 2disc :D

YES same date, sold seperately, I figure there will be a package deal (or sales) too.[/quote]
cool. good to hear. if the first one has PCM audio and all the good special features, I'll definitely pick it up.
BD for me 1 & 2
Disney and WB are probably the two best BD Studios out there.

a total snore fest.
jeebus...i guess i am the only one who thought this movie was horrible? i really liked the first one...but this one was just...err...ummm...dumb...

They are still showing it?? It was out before Xmas. (12/13 was release date - 5 months is about norm)
I hope it's just not a big disappointment.

I wound up seeing this film twice and I loved it. Definitely the 2-Disc. And that's three days after my birthday. WOW!
For a change, enjoyed this one as much as the first. Will definitely be picking up the 2 disk.
rental!
For what this film is: A pointless fun action romp. National Treasure 2 is a good time. There are a couple of great one liners and scenes as well. Diane Kruger is a babe.
actaully i liked the first one a litle more they were both great films dont get me wrong i just felt the plot for this seemed liked it was rushed the clues were found to quickly and what not but still ill be buying this and will be expecting a 3rd movie too.
I liked the first one, and am excited to hear that this one's also good, in that "turn your brain off" way.
I found this one to be better than the first one. Great story. Definately picking up the 2 disc edition.
I am hoping for a 2-pack of this and the first on Blu-Ray. The second was not as bad as I thought it would be. But, some of the coincidences were over the top. All in all, a good adventure.
My family loved the first, this will be a definite rent for me, cannot wait.
I missed this one in the theatres. I liked the first one but didn't love it. Is this one worth a blind buy? It's the 2-disc edition that's piqued my interest.
I saw the first film in a theater 4 or 5 years ago. I still can't believe I missed this one. Thank god I get to see this for the first time. Heard good things about the movie.
I loved this movie. I thought it was much better than part 1, it was more assured and simpler. I ended up seeing it twice, both for free! ill pick it up!
Blu buy for me.
Oh, I need to see this film so badly!
i heard a lot liked this one way more than the first...
and let me tell u that i found the first one, pretty bad...
well not bad, i just didnt find it MY TYPE of movie

This was a very fun film. I actually liked it more than the first one. They're both very entertaining adventure films.
This is quick. I just saw it 2 days ago in a theater. Not as good as the first one, but not too bad.
Really enjoyed the 1st one. Looking forward to seeing this. Coming out the same week as Indy 4 I see....
