Really excited for this, I'm a big fan of the original trilogy and it looks like this one will be a worthy addition.
Wow... up until today, I have never even heard of this remake... Thank God for modern million-dollar marketing.
I may give it a rent, but a buy would be quite a stretch since I would have thought there could be more special features.

Ill give it a rent.
Diora Baird in a halloween cat costume. Count me in.

I'm not at all interested in this, but I can't help but comment on the egregious apostrophe abuse in the synopsis paragraph....."New Orlean's". The apostrophe, in this case, should be AFTER the s in "New Orleans".
this movie looks awesome in a guilty pleasure, gory popcorn movie type way! i can't wait!

This looks incredibly entertaining. Should be a fun time. Will rent for sure. Glad it's being released on Blu-ray too.
Looks like fun.
The Blu-ray is only $15.49 to pre-order at Amazon. That's almost tempting.
The greatest thing Edward Furlong has done since he freed those lobsters from that Kentucky grocery store.
give it a chance
You shouldn't see that trailer, that was the one that leaked that wasn't finished and makes it look quite bad and cheap.
This one is much better:

You should all see it and give it a chance, I saw it at a screening and it manages to be a fun and good movie with gore and nudity. Besides the original movie was good and it pays homage to the infamous scene of that movie.
What I don't like and I think may turn off people is the fact that this ad and the artwork of the dvd make it seem like a cheap one dollar movie....

I don't mind the artwork myself. Perfect for the month of Halloween.
keffa wrote: n e good?....who`s seen it. The original was alright, spooky. I like a good Halloween film..Lets hope Trick r Treat 2 is as good as the first.
Are they actually going to make TRICK 'R TREAT 2? I know they'd wanted to, but nothing is official. I'm sure one would have happened had they released the first theatrically in October. It would have made at least 40 Million, probably more.

Doria Baird in a cat suit, Shannon Elizabeth, and Monica Keena all in one movie? Count me in!
yeah, i actually don't mind the cover art at all. THE DESCENT 2 and the upcoming 30 DAYS OF NIGHT sequel DARK DAYS have TERRIBLE cover art. this one?...not bad at all.
Looks lackluster. Awful cover.
I think it is worth a go at least
