i think u got the wrong idea...
the names are in the right order... ABIGAIL comes first... she's in the middle, but first, then Jodie Foster (she's closer) and then the dude from 300...

Has no one figured out that the billing order on the poster/DVD is not always the order he images are presented?
Unless there are specific contractual requirements, the pictures do not have to match the names!!!

Thanks to your enlightened comments I do now
I don't care if the billing order is technically correct. I still think it looks odd on the Dvd cover. Either make the exception for the cover or don't bother putting the names on at all.
Thats just my personal preference, but I guess its just a dvd cover after all. You can always print your own.

jmmclane is right.
It's better to throw out a time honoured system of billing as per agreed contracts and apply fuzzy logic to a problem that doesn't exist.
The billing order will most likely have been determined a couple of years ago so unless distributors have the ability to see into the future, and know which particular artwork they're going to use to promote a title, then it's quite reasonable that the inconvenience of actors names not matching their pictures happens from time to time.
Me, I've watched a few films and I know what Jodie Foster looks like so I'll go ahead and assume the other two names are for the girl and the guy in the hat. Oh, but hang on. I know what Gerard Butler looks like as well. I've seen 300 so unless he's lost a few pounds become a girl, I'll take a wild stab in the dark and say he's the guy in the hat. Through this sophisticated process of elimination I now know for a 100% certainty that the girl in the middle is Abigail Breslin.
Who are these wet lipped droolers who stand gripping DVD covers, pointing at the difficult words and tracing downwards to pictures of people that don't add up.
"Hello Mr Gumby".
"Hello".
"This is a girls name Mr Gumby"
"Hello"
But there's a man under it. My brain hurts".
"I've got my head stuck in the boxset Mr Gumby".
Only joking jmmclane. You have a point.
But it's a very minor point. There's a recession on don't you know. What are you doing buying DVD's anyway?

Maybe that is what Abigail looks like after the sex change operation
anyways, the movie sucked! lol

Again the names are over the wrong actors, is it really that hard to work it out.
