"Edie Falco" sounds like a guys name and on top of that she looks like a gay guy in the cover. Not hating on the show at all, just thought I gave my 2 cents. Anyone else think this?
k
Here's your refund
name
It's pronounced "eedie," so def. a woman's name. And, a boy's haircut doesn't maker her look any less a woman. Anyway, I haven't seen the show since I don't get the channel, but I still prob. wouldn't have any interest to.

Well first impression there's only one "E" in front of her name so in reality it should of been Ed-ie. Now, if she goes by "Eedie" than its a different story, but at least its written as a guys name.

Has Edie Falco ever looked LESS attractive than she does in this show?
Considering the male name is spelt 'Eddie,' no it's not. Maybe you should get your facts straight before you judge. Ever watch Desperate Housewives?, Nicollette Sheridan's character was Edie Britt, pronounced and spelt the same way as Edie Falco's.
I quite enjoyed season 1 (I was expecting something grittier and edgier though but Edie did a great job), finished it in one day. Heard this completely ignores the ending of the S1 but will hope to give it a watch before season three airs. Same goes for "The United States of Tara".
