Are the original actors that voiced Boog and Elliot even still doing the voices? But I'll pass with this. Just quit making these.
OK. I'm starting to sound like a bit much. But I think that one "Open Season" film was enough and not too many c**ppy direct-to-video release sequels should have been made for this. Still, I don't know why they even thought of Open Season 2, all I know is that I saw the first film and enjoyed it but thought that one movie was enough.
There was an Open Season 2?
While the cover does look very nice, I still don't like the idea of the plot. It sounds awful! Elliot having kids? Blech! Not a very good idea. They don't even DESERVE to be at the bottom cover with that bear and the llama.

Oh my good lord have you ever made a post that wasn't "Yada yada yada they should announce [insert title of next animated movie coming out]"
haha hogaburger, you hit the nail on the head!
anyway, I saw the first Open Season and thought eh. I have no interest in seeing the second or the third.

^yeah there are too many people who do that anymore. Honestly nobody gives enough of a sh*t about what you are waiting for to tolerate spamming other comment boards about it.
Anyway, I saw the first and the second just wasn't the same without the original cast. It was alright just not as good. This seems like it will have the same cast as 2, so I might give it a watch just for the hell of it.

The 1st one is awesome but I have no desire to see the sequels.

Didn't see the first one, and wasn't impressed at all with part 2. I'll pass unless I put it in my blockbuster queue solely for my niece.
