I love this film! Kind of reminds me of Timeline, another film i really enjoyed. The creature design and VFX work in this film is impressive and Caviezel's always good. More Ron Perlman wouldn't have hurt though.

I got the R1 DVD (OAR) as the Canadian BD had the wrong AR. If this is in the OAR, then i might get this. But i might just as well wait for the Swedish BD release. Anyway, this is bound to be a cult classic in the future.

It's a fun move, reminded me of 13th Warrior with aliens instead of cannibals instead of beasties, only far, far better.

Timeline was a rare Richard Donner flub; never, EVER refer to time travel as 'it's like faxing into the past'.
