One of the few good animated movies out there. I might buy this
I'll rent this.
"Wanna look for my nuts?"
-Hammy the Squirrel
-Hammy the Squirrel
I'll rent this.
It was not as good as CARS but much better than MADAGASCAR
Great flick. I especially liked the bit with the "rocket grill" and the SUV that only fits one person.
oh yeah, i'll buy this, but mostly to put it next to the other Dreamworks Animation films.
yeah this movie was the bomb diggity. dane davis at his best
It was okay, just like PDI's other films, no really story but instead some cheap laughs. Cars was better.
They're going to add some stupid banner to the top, before they're done with that artwork.....(They always do).
I didn't see this, but I'm sure it was much better than "Cars", which was awful.
i heard good things about this one. I dont get it, why does it appear that Paramount Pictures is releasing this film? I thought Dreamworks and Paramount are completely different studios. Firstly Dreamworks is a consideration of Universal Studios. Anyhow that is strange, did Dreamworks buy half Paramount or vice versa?

My #4 fave. animated movie of the year.
I MIGHT get it.
I MIGHT get it.
Great movie...the part where Hammy moves so fast he slows down time was hillarious.
Loved this movie, it was adorable! Can't wait to pick it up.
"I gotta go weewee!"

William - What are the animated films above this in your yearly list so far?

Vice versa. Paramount bought Dreamworks entire library earlier in the year, so I guess Dreamworks is now a subsidary of Paramount now, much like MGM is to Sony.

Why is this not being announced day and date on HD DVD?

This was great, definately buying it...
WOW! One of the best cover art I've ever seen!
The only animated movie that I actually spent time and money to see, and from the previews this looked funny...and ended up being HILARIOUS. This is right up there with Shrek and Shrek 2, whilst Dreamworks 2 other films, Madagascar and Shark Tale, really weren't that funny/interesting to me.
Hammy is the BEST and this movie is mine on day of release. Cars looked absolutely ridiculous to me, but I will rent that once it comes out.
Does anyone know if they made adult t-shirt tie ins for this film? I so want a Hammy shirt that says "Wanna help me find my nuts?" That would make me so happy...
Love the cover art, too.

I just never got into this movie. The characters never gelled beyond the "Hey that's so-and-so's voice." I won't be getting this, it was cute, but not a must buy for me. I will be getting Cars though.
Excellent animation, if not one of the best out there. Definitely a must buy. Not the best of covers but I'm definitely picking it up.
I liked it, in fact I like all of Dreamworks' animation films. They always make the movie appeal to an older audience, which is fantastic. There are always parts where the adults in the audience laugh and the kids don't and vice versa, and that's why I love 'em. Not to mention the great score by Rupert Gregson-Williams, produced by Hans Zimmer, haha, had to be done.
This is one of the bestter animated movies in recent memory. The cover art could be better!
