Paramount Home Entertainment has announced 1-disc DVD ($19.99) and Blu-ray/DVD Combo ($39.99) releases of Paranormal Activity 3 for January 24th. The DVD release will include an Unrated Version of the Film, as well as a digital copy of the unrated version. The Blu-ray release will also include the original theatrical cut of the film, as well as some "Lost Tapes". Art is attached:
