Looks like a remake of Anatomie....
Mutant X's Lauren Lee Smith, Charmed's Alyssa Milano and Heroes Milo Ventimiglia in a horror/thriller movie is why I am going to blindbuy this movie.....period. And it just cant be as bad as it looks.....
I definitely don't like it. The bottom part was the worst part of the artwork. It's too bad they couldn't get away with the top part. They should do something altogether different now.
he revised artwork is worse than the original...
The revised art seems bland compared to the original art whether it was a good cover or bad cover.
Bad movie. Avoid.
I saw this in the theater. Really enjoyed it for what it was. I liked the ideas and while at times it was a bit iffy, the film is still perhaps the best thriller of the year.

Awful movie, though IMO. Decent cast of promising newcomers (Rocky's son, Lauren Lee Smith, that guy who's name I can't remember who was recently on Scrubs and pops up all kinds of place), but the script was just terrible.

Thank you that the company revised the artwork. The first artwork was too explicit and unacceptable. Again, thank you.

Is that A. Milano topless on the top?
I've tried numerous times to watch the movie and have yet to finish it. It's just boring!
I don't like the bottom part of the cover. The top is pretty cool though. However, on a whole, the theatrical poster was quite a bit better. I really want to see the movie though. It looked good.
From the creators of Crank? Oh now I have to see it!!
Kidding.
Kidding.

It's just as much a horror film as it is a thriller.
I disagree. For me horror has to be scary, which this isn't.

i'm sorry... but it's true. there's something truly, deeply sick about sticking a hot dead girl on top of it. this basically redefines 'torture porn'.
and the film looks bad. not seeing this one.
You know if you airbrush the blood off her arm and photoshop her onto a sofa.....dear god....have I sunk so low?

Starring: The Guy Who's Nailing Hayden Panettere.
B*****D! THAT SHOULD BE MEEEEEEEEE!

This sounds interesting. I might have to give it a try. I doubt that cover art will fly in places like Wal-Mart though.
God I thought this had been released ages ago. It's a terrible film.
Looks like nip/tuck

Sure does....cuz I came.

I really dislike that cover. I loved the poster artwork very much. This cover leads you to believe it's a porn film.
loved this movie, thought it was great, dont mind the artwork
Oh-no-NO...bad cover, bad cover! I liked the poster much, much better. Gave you a sense of mystery. This is just plain...photoshoppy. Blegh. Still, I have to see this movie...
I like the nude body on the scalpel, but the cast on the bottom looks extremely out of place on that cover. Especially the guy behind Milo. Why is he grinning? It looks like a cast photo for the new 90210 and not a horror/thriller movie.
I'll still give it a rent.
