A very disappointing film, everyone involved can do much better.

Really? I thought it was fantastic.
I didn't laugh very hard at this movie, but I was never irritated or bored by it either. It managed to be fun without every being very hilarious.
I'm sort of on the fence at this stage. I think it'll be way funnier on second viewing but on first viewing it felt like the first draft of a potentially funnier movie.
I think the interview they did on the Kermode show was interesting. They talked about having to dial some of the comedy back to satisfy the studio, but also pointed out that sometimes it's necessary to work within the confines of the studio system if they're giving you millions of dollars.
I like the Steelbook cover. I really enjoy this very funny film
Absolutely despised this film, so why does Nira Park finally do a commentary on this one? Not fair.
Seems odd that the cover doesnt mention that the feature is extended. Ususally that sort of stuff takes centre stage.
That was quick. Still need to see this one.

+1.
Was prepared to hate, fell in love.

I enjoyed the hell out of this, as a fellow geek. I know Pegg and Frost had to make it a bit broader to convince studios to give them $50 million in funding for what is essentially a movie by geeks for geeks, but it's still more highbrow than 99.9% of the comedies out here in the states.
Great film! I saw this twice. definite blu-ray buy.
