Warner Home Video has announced a remastered deluxe edition of Peanuts: Snoopy's Reunion for the 7th April. Retail will be $19.98. As well as the main feature, the 1-disc release will also include a bonus Peanuts TV special, and a Together Again: The Peanuts Voice-Cast Reunion featurette. Art is attached:


Quote: Snoopy is homesick for his puppyhood at the Daisy Hill Puppy Farm, so he and Charlie Brown organize a reunion of his siblings Spike, Andy, Olaf, Marbles, Belle, Molly and Rover. However, when they arrive at the puppy farm, Charlie Brown is aghast to find that urban sprawl has replaced it with a parking garage. Snoopy and his family however, calmly begin to play musical instruments they've each bought, thoroughly satisfied that they are together on the sidewalk in front.

considering how short each special is without commercials, instead of releasing 1 per disc and calling the other a "bonus episode", why not make some big box set collection and get em all? or at the very least make volume sets with 5 or more specials per collection.
i mean i'm sure they make more money in the long run with individual releases like this with barely anything on em but god...what a waste.

Actually, those "Charlie Brown" titles are Paramount releases. They still retain the rights to those movies, so, the chances of Warner Bros. releasing it are slim to none.
