The back cover of the Blu Ray edition lists this as being 1080i, not 1080p. Is this a misprint?

It's the exact reverse of "The Perfect Storm"...
I was thinking of the R1 cover but that works too.

Thought all three films were dreadful. The storyline(if you can call it that)just drift away like the sea the ships are on.Won't be getting any of them - hope to God they don't make anymore.

I dare say there will be, after every t**t & their mother has bought all three individual films, the HD companions & the rest. In the shape of a sea-worn chest would be an idea.

I don't appreciate being called a t**t. Just because I like the movie doesn't make me a t**t.
Sorry mate, wasn't actually directing that at anyone, but more on how the studios treat consumers by releasing multiple editions of this & that etc etc..... I personally wasn't too impressed with this one but would consider it eventually to complete the collection. Or buy a boxset for the novelty & ebay the other two. F**k it I dunno

Yeah, there should be a Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. But I don't really think Disney does do trilogy box sets anymore, do they? The last one I know they did was for the old Herbie films.

No DTS? Thats unusual since the other two had it.

I'll be avoiding this like I would a rabid dog. It was a bad film. A bad end to an average trilogy. Still cant believe that people actually liked this trash.
Odd that it's out here a week before the US release...
I'll be getting the Region A Blu Ray release tho. I'll be damned if I'm going to pay £25 when I can get it for £16 from an importer...

What a shame all those ships never actually fought!
Both SD and HD for me, woo!
I own the previous two myself, and will either get this myself or as a Christmas present, for my wallet's sake.
What's "Enter the Maelstrom" then? The standard disc already has an Anatomy of a Scene featurette for that sequence.

Nice artwork. Would be nice to have a 6-disc boxset though.
