MGM Home Entertainment has announced a 65th Anniversary Collector's Edition of Pride Of The Yankees which stars Gary Cooper, Teresa Wright, and Walter Brennan. The disc will be available to own from the 18th March, and should retail at around $14.98. Extras will include a Making of Pride Of The Yankees featurette, a Man Behind The Iron Horse featurette that discusses the real Lou Gehrig, a What He Left Behind featurette that looks at the Lou Gehrig memorabilia currently housed at the Baseball Hall of Fame, an Always featurette on the hit song, an interview with baseball great Curt Schilling discussing Lou Gehrig’s Disease, and Curt Schilling: A Legend on a Legend feature. That cover art has already been used and it's no longer the 65th anniversary--that release came out last year. Are we sure that cover art is correct?
