Quote: Every not-so-often, along comes a show that’s different. Wonderfully different. Pushing Daisies, TV Guide’s Matt Roush writes, ”restores my faith in TV’s ability to amuse, enchant and entertain.” It’s the story of Ned, a lonely pie maker whose touch can reanimate the dead. Cool, but there’s a hitch. If Ned touches the person again, the miracle is reversed. If he doesn’t, a bystander goes toes up. What to do? Easy: Team with a private eye, bring murder victims back just long enough to discover whodunit, and collect the rewards. Things go well until Ned’s boyhood sweetie is the next dear departed, and he can’t resist bringing her back for keeps! Dig the wit, style and quirky romance: If you’re not laughing, you may need a visit from Ned.

This show is too weird for me to enjoy at all.
A very good show, but there are faults I mean... like he is NEVER going to accidentally touch the chick or his dog?... eh.
But still, really good show and the Blu-Ray will look incredible... I won't spend 40 bucks on 9 episodes though.
At time this looks like it's being directed by Wes Anderson.

I love this show dearly. Anna Friel is a goddess... Definitely picking this one up - it'll be my week-late birthday present to myself.
Good. Finally I get to watch the entire first season. I only caught about 2 episodes.
The best show of last season (actually...the best show to premiere since probably LOST)
More creative, funny, and witty than full line-ups of network television programming.
Here's hoping it really finds its audience next year.

She reminds me of Mary Elizabeth Winstead from "Final Destination 3".

This show's great. Just wish we didn't have to wait so long for new eps.
And 3 discs for 9 episodes really??? 3 per disc. Kind of a waste. Could have easily made it 5 on one 4 on another.

I will definitely get this. It's pretty cheap. It will probably go at Best Buy for like $15.99 in the first week! Yay!
i love this show so much. im really sad it hasnt come back yet. definately waiting for bd release though. they damn sure better not milk the "3-disc" thing for blu-ray. otherwise we're looking at nip/tuck prices.
Great show. Unfortunately, I missed the last few. Oh, well.
Amazon has this for $27.95 on Blu-ray. WHV Store has it for $29.95 (but if you have the 30% off code, it's only $21) for the Blu-ray.
"Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" is availble for the same prices! I'm purchasing BOTH!!

I'll probaly rent it to finish the season. It started great and was the best new show of the season but it went downhill fast until I didn't really care anymore. I have probably five episodes to watch, so hopefully it gets better.
I liked it but missed the first few episodes so I might as well pick it up.
$15.99?? You will be waiting years for it to drop that low. I anticipate a $24.99-29.99 release week price. You have to keep in mind retailers only discount 25-30% off MSRP.
Also, I heard this was one of the most expensive shows on ABC last season....mainly due to all the special effects.

Loved the first few episodes, but the show in my opinion became quite stale and tiresome. I might have to give it another go!
This show is pure magic! My favorite new show of this past season. A definite buy for me.
I may get this, give it it a try, I saw one episode and thought t was OK. I like shows that are on the Odd side.
I'll get this one. I loved it. Too bad it was cut short by the writers strike (there were originally going to be around 20 episodes for the first season) but it is returning in the fall.
