Another fan of Resident Evil Apocalypse here! Unsurprisingly I've never played the game so I enjoyed the first movie even though I felt it should have been more gory. RE2 really took the movie series to the next level in the same way that Aliens was to Alien.
A horrendous cover, looks like a tv spin off or something!

Until someone actually likes it.
I love this movie, way better than the first.
Not so much. The first was unique and had an intriguing story. This was like any other zombie movie and far less spectacular than its predecessor. It was still enjoyable, though, and I do like both films. I just prefer the first over the 2nd.
The 3rd actually does look really good.

Not a fan of the first film at all really as it was nothing really like the game and lacked Zombie grue. Nice ending though.
I thought the second was a lot of fun though, had more action, was far closer to the games (Nemesis was perfect, had some unexpected deaths and actually made the first film more satisfying.
And the third looks like a lot of fun too with a Mad Max/Zombie hordes vibe to it.
The haters seem to be a one mindset group who never really come up with any reason why they hate the films just that they do because it's expected of them!
BAH!

HAs this already been in theatres in the UK yet? It hasn't made it down under...
Hmm...I Like most of the games but I absolutely hate this series. I saw the first and thought it was kinda ok but this is a waste. I bet the third will be garbage too! I really wish they wouldn't have the alice character at all. They make her out to be a badass but it really is a lame character!
I like it, as well. Never played the games, though (well I tried...but didn't like them). If I was a fan of the games I am sure I'd hate the movies.

I wonder if this is the extended cut that featured on the German Premium edition?
The cover is the best thing about this film.
