I thought this movie was pretty good, i'll probably pick this up when it's on sale.
Awesome. This is a favorite of mine. Can't get hotter than Rebecca deMornay.

I dunno about favorite, but Rebecca De Mornay is or was very hot.I'd watch Risky Business over Pretty Woman any day.

If they released this on August 5th, it would be EXACTLY 25 years to the day that it was released in theaters.
I think I paid $5 or less for the current DVD so I'll gladly double-dip.

The "What The F**k" Edition! That's what I wanna see on the packaging! But seriously, it's about damn time they got this out! Got real tired of renting the bare bones version that came out 10 years ago!

YES!!! One of my favorite films of the 80's. Great actors, great musical score, great cinematography. Can't wait.
Some suggestions for Special edition names(j/k):
The U-boat Commander Edition
The Killer Pimp Edition
The Future Enterprisers Edition
Personally, I'd be happy with "25th Anniversary Edition"

'BOUT TIME BABY!!!!
I've been dying to see that alternate ending since it was discussed on the Risky Business E! True Hollywood Story!
25 years...just like Thriller, Wargames, and me!
Definitely should've been called the 'What the F**k Edition'!
That or the 'Scientology Not Included Edition'

good news for my mom she just bought the bare bones DVD a few months ago for $5.
was this movie censored originally? Anyone know? Cause it seems like it in the first sex scene between Tom and Rebecca. I always thought so and when i first heard of this coming out ages ago on a different site I assumed it was gonna include maybe a unrated cut or at least some deleted scenes. Bummer. Maybe they're included in the documentary? But at least it contains an alternate ending. Which I've never heard anything about before. So that should be cool :D!
Should have called it the "Old Time Rock N' Roll" Edition. They should throw in his upcoming interview with Oprah as a bonus feature......
All Double Dips should be called "The Grabbing More of Your Cash Edition".
About freaking time!
Oh yeah.
looking forward to this, especially the commentary. it will be interesting to hear why the director kept so quiet after this since it was a box office success. it'll also be interesting to hear what tom cruise has to say about this film. this is so far, for me, one of the best releases of the year.
Definitley worth the double dip, because, sometimes ya just gotta say what the f*ck.
Early artwork added. Will bring you highres art as soon as i get it
HAHAHA, you gotta love that neon glow effect they threw on the logo. Makes it seem like they should retitle this "Risky Cocktail".
Looks hot.
Just those features? Then it's not so deluxe then.
Any idea what the audio will be on the Blu-ray? It better not be DD5.1.

FINALLY, a DVD cover that isn't blown to smithereens by review quotes, lame "Edition" banners, or God-Awful photoshopped cover art. Just the original poster in all it's glory.
Warner Brothers, I salute you.

Audio
Its going to be Dolby True HD on Blu Ray. Cant wait to hear this, Tangerine Dream in HD sound.

What no cool name for it??
I may get it, I have not seen it in years, and don't own it... so maybe.
