This movie was so disappointing. The first 50 minutes were perfect. Non-stop action but with an actual plot. And, it had fun with itself. The last 50 minutes were really bland. Too much action, it took itself way too seriously, and it was another copy-and-paste action movie. Honestly, if a film starts out so good, why not keep it that way? This was almost the case with Knight and Day, except the last twenty minutes redeemed itself. I really don't see myself seeing this movie again. If anything, a rental will most suffice.
Enjoyed this movie surprisingly, it was interesting.
Why did they release the rated and unrated editions in two separate boxes?
Loved watching Angie kick ass again. Will get the unrated
yeah, this should have been called the bourne vagina.
It is terrible.
It is terrible.
I'll never understand why they didn't center her face on the artwork. It's f**king stupid.
Theatrical Edition Artwork is much better...

ah, why did you tell me that? I liked the RATED cover best, but i noticed the uncenteredness, and now it annoys me. :D Lol

Jolie's face isn't centered on the rated cover.

Ahhh, Pete Hammond. What would they do without him?
Salt is awesome. The best action pack movie of the year. Will be worth it to get it on Blu-Ray soon.
For those in the UK, the UK cinema version was cut to receive a 12A. The UK Blu-ray is rated 15 and will feature (presumably) the PG-13 cut. However, with news of an unrated cut, the UK BD might well feature that version.
LOVED IT! One of the most entertaining action movies in some time. I really, really want a sequel to this one. Will buy it on Blu-ray!
This is a pass for me, I don't know how many times I can watch Jolie play the same type of character. Next will be a crossover with Mila Jovovich called Alice/Ultraviolet/Leeloo vs. Lara/Mrs.Smith/Salt/the chick in Wanted.
Terrible movie, but incredibly HILARIOUS! XD
This was an entertaining film. I enjoyed it a lot!
Too much Kurt Wimmer love in this thread for me. Bleauugh.
I probably won't go out of my way to watch this, but if I'm hanging out with friends and they put it on, I won't complain.

GreyFox, i admit i'm guilty of LOVING "UltraViolet" (and Equilibrium)! LOL. i LOVE Milla J and the action sequences are awesome but back to SALT....excellent movie! Angie and Milla are just awesome action heroines!!
Any word on the Unrated film length?
one of the year's best. an action packed film with a solid story. will buy
I loved Law Abiding Citizen and I loved this. For a while, I wondered why. Then I noticed that Kurt Wimmer penned the scripts for both. Hopefully he'll direct a new film soon...more along the lines of Equilibrium rather than Ultraviolet, one would hope.
This was decent. Felt like they were holding something back. Glad to hear about an Unrated Cut. Might make it better.
This was an awesome flick. It's always a blast to watch Angelina Jolie kick ass. Hopefully we'll get some news on the sequel soon.
Heard good things about it. Didn't see it but will probably Netflix. Hopefully if it's good and they make a sequel, the sequel will be good too.
I love this film! Had a big smile on my face all through the movie...well, until the ending; the ending wasn't the best ever, but I guess it was ok. The rest of the film was incredibly entertaining though. Will most definitely buy the blu-ray when it's released.
