I don't know how they will continue. Most of the cast have Pilots out there that could be picked up. This show could end in a matter of weeks after starting in the fall.

one of the producers mentioned doing like "ER" and just have a rotating cast. But considering its been the same cast for 8 seasons, doing this now would be weird. Not to mention the series has always been through JD's eyes and interesting imagination so without that...seems pointless. i'll still give it a shot but yeah.

I'm not returning for season 9. That 70s Show lost 2 cast members and the last season was incredibly c**p!

I've been thinking the same thing. I'm kinda pissed they're coming back at all... the finale was pretty damn fantastic, so whatever they do after that is gonna be garbage.

One of the best series on TV.
STILL waiting for this to get an air date in the UK...
Apparently the reason for the continuation of the series was more to do with keeping the people who have been employed behind the scene's on the show for another season in tough economic times. I'm not against the show continuing with different cast members - as long as the basics of the show stay the same then I'll be happy. Whilst I've enjoyed (marginally) Zach Braff in the lead, he definitely does grate sometimes (seriously, how many times does he have to have commitment problems before it becomes a farce?). Definitely will pick this up first day.
First season in HD widescreen, NICE!!! Can't wait to pick this up, love the show and have all the past seasons from BB with their 'exclusive' bonus DVD...still one of the shows that are worth watching and investing time, mind and soul into...
