Actually this cover art looked better when it was a poster in theaters. At least it isn't Lane and Malkovich's heads floating over a picture of a running horse right?
This was a good movie. Very Disney, but all true. They did a fine job of building the tension in the races and the interest in the story. Think of it this way. You see the horse race like 2-3 times before the Triple Crown. Sometimes he wins, sometimes no. Then it comes time to show three races that you KNOW he wins. So you show the first race, ok. The third race will be the dramatic conclusion. Any moviegoer knows this. So how in the hell do you make that middle race anything but boring? You need a new angle, and I don't mean that in terms of a camera. They did it perfectly, and I won't spoil it. Pick this film up. It's even better than Seabiscuit.

Very seductive cover

Is it just me, or does John Malkovich look like a horse?
What c**ppy cover art. Diane Lane still has a nice body though.
Let's hope Disney does a competition with Blu-Ray/DVD and Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Copy Combos because the prices for the digital copies are so damn annoying and expensive. Didn't see this movie yet but it did look very interesting. I'll probably stream it on Netflix in about 8 months.
Loved this one. Diane Lane deserves her Oscar for this one.
