Over which edition are you referring? It sounds a lot like the VIP Edition. There's the plain and Fully Exposed Edition as well.
Personally, I'll wait for the blu release.

Dear MGM:
I want the rest of the James Bond films released on Blu-ray.
Sincerely,
RM

I hope they don't go changing the cover art for this to one of the theatrical poster covers, like they did with the Flashdance: What a Feeling Edition.
Haha, I always forget Paul Verhoeven directed this. This is awful, but I can never be too mad at the man who gave me Robocop and Total Recall.
YES! Hi-Def I cant wait! I have the Laserdisc, two versions of it on dvd. I cant wait to see framed in 16x9 and DTS Master Audio its gonna be sweet! I love Elizabeth Berkley she hot woman!
I hope they include the TV edit as well, because if it doesn't it's a no buy for me.
what if the little children see this movie on the shelf when they look for " Alvin and the Chimpmunks" and instead they find a naked woman
I am so going to buy this!
Hmmm ... what's that coming from her body at the very bottom?
HMMMMM, if the price is right, this will definitely be going in the collection.

One of the scariest flicks of all time!!! LOL!!!
This was a god awful movie and not even a A+ HD transfer can save this piece of garbage from the deepest circle of hell...Paul Verhoeven should hang his head in shame and spend the rest of his days making awesome movies to make up for this utter rubbish.
wow, all the extras aren't even related to the movie itself. just "stripper tips and tactics".
thats an eye catching cover though. not that i'll buy it, i watched it once just to see "Jesse Spano" naked so i got my fill...no pun intended. lol

Wow MGM, you release this garbage, sometimes listed as one of the worst movies ever and yet you hold out on some great releases? Like really!
but on a brighter note; nude chicks in HD!! now we can tell if they wax or shave =-)
I watched Showgirls out of perverse curiosity.
I still can't believe that the man who directed Robocop, Total Recall, Basic Instinct and Starship Troopers directed this.
It is truly and appalling film on every level.

Never saw this. Might rent.
