True, this wasn't on par as with the first two, but far from deserved being called the "worst animated film..." they've been a lot worse than this.

Agree with all those who would snap up the first two but would give this a miss...

Dont' know why they bothered with Part Three... Was VERY dissappointing. Have never felt the need to give it a second chance...

Where's the Blu-Ray for the first two movies? Would hope that "Shrek the Halls" gets a DVD/Blu-Ray release.

Wasn't a huge fan of the second, and didn't even bother with the first, but if they put the first on blu-ray, I'd probably get that.....when I get my blu-ray player this summer, that is.

I was severely disappointed by this one. The other two were very charming (no pun), clever, and persistently funny... With this one I kept waiting for the humor to come.. But the film was simply a second-rate story hurried out to make some money with no real attempt at quality thrown in. It's one thing to animate a shrek film, it's another to write one. The latter wasnt taken into account.

I'd only buy this as part of a trilogy package. They got increasingly worse as the series progressed, and the first wasn't the classic it's hailed as to begin with, certainly not when measured against Pixar's finest.

Not that bad, but definitely not that good. I would much rather own the first two on BD than this one.

This is the second worst Animated film I've ever seen. Happily N'ever After is first.

hmmm, wonder if they'll release the other 2 as well. maybe make some sorta box set. or will they wait for xmas season and release a box then and include that "shrek the halls" tv special. lol
